Money

I was hoping to save money to see the Freiburger Barockorchester or attend a workshop.  I have tried to get jobs, too, but haven't been able to.

It might be easy to save for NYC, the $200+ plane ride, shuttles, dining, the concert itself, extra money, and a souvenir or something.

The plane ride to Germany is $1000, room and board is $100-$200 for a week, and the workshop is free with no prerequisite.  I do have a Baroque violin I have to fix a string on now but had been playing it regularly and plan to.

I am predicting they will come to NYC/US at the end of next Spring and some may host at the workshop the next 2 Septembers.

"A Learning Experience"

At the Baptist College of Florida, away from the area I live in, I was enrolled online in the usual full time minimum of 12 hours or 4 3 credit hour courses.

I ended up withdrawing from 3, New Testament Survey, Personal Evangelism, and Intermediate Composition.

I do know I've experienced having to magically succeed in school, in Northeastern Florida culture before.

New Goals

So, I plan to enroll to study online at Oregon State University, a BA in German.  I'm practicing music, classical music, on my own, playing the violin.  The new college will probably be in the Fall 2019.

My goal is to live in Germany and experience classical music and its culture.  In 2005, after my first year of college, I wanted to do Germany or France.  I was thinking of doing organ in France.  It's true, if I don't make it in violin, I wish I could do organ but not for church.

Other things attract me, too, but I'm trying to make it in the performing world.  I liked the creative and performing arts growing up a lot.

Bunk Bed

Planning for May, with fees of about $336 total from Wal-Mart, I plan to get this bunk bed.  I will get the futon, separately with fees for about $168.  The total is about $503.

This Summer

I will get a Disney pass, hopefully in May, where I can visit Disney World most of the year, including the summer.  I plan to go in the summer to see the people from Up North come down and hopefully people my age with their families or for fun.

The magical feature of the Main Street Electrical Parade (pictured below) was taken away and came back in the 2010s I think, though they took it away again.  It might still be on in other spots.

I've had a Disney World annual pass maybe 2 or 3 times, but I think I was mostly with Florida residents during the week.
